You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use Yourdec and be able to enter a binding agreement.

You are responsible for account security and activities under your account. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Yourdec offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access remains until period end unless required otherwise by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, violate laws, or infringe rights of others.
7. Health and outcomes disclaimer
Yourdec is a productivity and reflection tool, not medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions and outcomes.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yourdec is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms or abuse of the platform.
